Jerry Guo

I am Assistant Professor of Strategy at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

I study organizational learning through two lenses. In one stream of research, I examine learning in organizational collectives. In this stream, I study transactive memory systems, search processes, and communication networks. In a second stream of research, I examine knowledge transfer within organizations.

I use experiments and field data. In my research, I have worked with military and healthcare organizations.

Previously, I was Assistant Professor of Management at Aarhus University. I earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior & Theory at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.

Prior to starting my PhD program, I worked at the United States Naval Postgraduate School, where I supported research sponsored by the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
